Strategic Plan

In response to an aging population, changing generational values, post-pandemic challenges, and internal capacity limitations, LBE completed a year-long strategic planning process last year.

This strategy will guide our response to evolving community needs and opportunities while staying true to our mission.

Achieving this vision will require shared commitment from staff, volunteers, board members, donors, and community partners. By working together, LBFE will continue contributing to a vibrant community for older adults across the Upper Peninsula.
