Annual Summer Picnic

Please join us on Thursday, August 6, 2026 from 4pm - 7pm for our annual Summer Picnic. We will be celebrating our volunteers and older adult Forever Friends.

If you are unable to join us in Chassell, we will be hosting picnics in Baraga, Ontonagon, and Marquette.

*LBFE will provide the main course and beverages. If you would like to bring a side dish or dessert to share, it will be greatly appreciated but your presence is the real treat!

Help us recognize outstanding service! We will be announcing the prestigious Volunteer of the Year award live at the picnic. Please take a moment to submit your choice online. Verbal nominations cannot be considered in fairness to all candidates.
